At Sash Window Conservation, we understand the need for higher levels of sound insulation, whether it be to block out a noisy road, protect the contents of a property or reduce disturbance on a flight path or railway line.

From when you first contact us through to the end of your project, we will work together with you to ensure you achieve the desired acoustic effect, whilst staying true to the heritage aesthetic of the building.

Why choose new acoustic windows

How would your project benefit from new acoustic windows?

By choosing to install our new, traditionally crafted acoustic windows, your project will not only benefit from a bespoke design and reduced external sound, but also from other modern features.

Installing new windows will help to reduce energy expenditure, saving money on bills and increasing the security of your project with features such as restrictor bolts and vent locks, with the option to upgrade depending on your individual requirements.

SECURITY

By installing new acoustic windows, not only will your project receive reduced external noise interference and better insulation. Our new windows include key operated locks and security/safety glass, and we also offer our Sash Secure 240 product for projects that require particularly high levels of security or peace of mind.

DESIGN

Our new acoustic windows are bespoke, ensuring your required sound insulation, aesthetics and day-to-day practicality. In our Kent-based factory, we can also produce full sized samples and models to help with achieving planning permission.

PERFORMANCE

Our products will provide the noise insulation you need and achieve outstanding dB ratings. Our windows are also physically independently tested to BS 717-1 2013 and receive much higher BS EN ISO results than other windows on the market. U-values are as low as 1.2 (W/m2/K), and other glazing options are available.

Our Buying Process

At Sash Window Conservation, we aim to keep the buying process as simple and straightforward as possible, giving you the peace of mind to focus on your project. Read more about how it works below.

Share your goal with us

When you contact us, we will arrange a call to run through your specification and ideas. You can then share any documents or drawings you have of your project, and what you’d like to achieve with the end result.

We will take this and see what we think is realistic and would work best for your project, timescale and budget.

We will then share our thoughts with you and see how they match up with your vision.

We may pay you a visit

We may arrange a visit to ensure that the bespoke design or refurbishment plan that we have in mind will be just right and fit with the rest of the building and its neighbours.

We can then make any necessary adjustments and begin preparing your bespoke quote.

Providing your quote

Once your specification and requirements have been agreed upon, we will put together a bespoke quote. This will include a price per window so that you know exactly what you’re paying for, a range of options to ensure you choose the best solution for your needs, together with our own recommendations based on your individual project.

Our quote will also suggest ways in which you could save money, to help you to stay within your agreed budget, whilst getting maximum value from your order.
